Hell Of Arizona! begins and ends in Las Vegas, taking you along Route 66, to the Grand Canyon and to the most famous Indian country of all, the Navajo reservation. This really is an unforgettable journey. The lands you encounter may at first seem inhospitable, but as you ride through them you will find just what wonders they have to offer to the visiting biker. THE TOUR DAY BY DAY

  • DAY 1 • Welcome to fabulous Vegas!

Late afternoon arrival in Las Vegas with flight from Europe. Welcome and brief from tour guide.
  • DAY 2 • Viva Las Vegas!

In the morning, we pick up the rental motorcycles at the Harley-Davidson® dealership in Las Vegas. We will take a ride on the Strip and then stop at shopping locations. The afternoon is free time for sightseeing, followed by dinner at the Harley-Davidson® Cafè on the Strip.HellOfArizona-giorno2
  • DAY 3 • Heading to Prescott

Early morning and time to leave Las Vegas and its heat. The first attraction on the road is Hoover Dam, where a tour is scheduled. Then, down Highway 93 before reaching Kingman and then Prescott, the former capital of the State of Arizona. The afternoon arrival gives you time to check into the hotel, do some shopping on Courthouse Square and have dinner on Whiskey Row. Old West flavour can be great fun...
  • DAY 4 • Sedona and the Grand Canyon

After leaving Prescott, the winding road rolls up to the picturesque bikers' ghost town of Jerome. The view of the valley below announces Sedona. Spectacular and inspiring red rocks surround Sedona which hosts the group's lunch stop. The road now goes north through scenic Oak Creek Canyon, then, after Flagstaff and Williams, the 60 mile stretch leads to the breathtaking Grand Canyon. Sunset seen from the South Rim precedes the IMAX movie experience, the perfect end to an unforgettable day.HellOfArizona-giorno4
  • DAY 5 • From the Grand Canyon to Lake Powell

Before leaving the Grand Canyon, the South Rim offers more breathtaking views of the canyon. A few miles after the east park exit, the scenery changes and the red rocks start to dominate the scenery. Along the descent he vastness of the Indian territory becomes evident. After stopping at Cameron Trading Post for shopping and lunch, we head north to reach Page. The marvellous canyon leading to Navajo Bridge is a not to be missed stop and before the day is over, the stunning beauty of Horse Shoe Bend takes everyone's breath away.
  • DAY 6 • Colorado River and Monument Valley

A very early wake up call takes us to one of the most exciting experiences of the tour - a raft tour of the Colorado River, a 15 mile trip from the Glen Canyon Dam through the majestic red cliffs of Glen Canyon. As John Wesley Powell wrote about his exploration on the Colorado, "we shrank with the river into insignificance..." It is then time for the incomparable Monument Valley. Here, the tour into the valley with the Navajo guides provides wonderful views and overwhelming emotions. Spectacular sunset colours close a perfect day.
  • DAY 7 • Navajo sunrise, Route 66 Sunset

You can't visit Monument Valley and miss the sunrise. So a 4am wake up call is what you need to get ready and ride to one of the most breathtaking shows nature can offer: shades and hues change minute by minute as the sun slowly emerges from behind the rock formations. Time for a fantastic Monument Valley road picture before we ride out to Canyon De Chelly. Its stunning beauty fights with its dramatic history of death, but the view is superb.. The Painted Desert and Petrified Forest come next, before we hit Route 66 at Holbrook, where another unexpected indian style sunset finishes off the day...
  • DAY 8 • "Get your kicks on Route 66"

After the wonders of nature, our tour takes us to a man-made legend - Route 66. From Holbrook, through Winslow, Bellemont, Williams, Seligman and Kingman, the whole day unfolds on the Mother Road where we discover its attractions. Riding west on the best maintained part of Arizona Route 66, we reach Kingman. Alongside the road, the Santa Fe railway dominates the scene, thanks to its never ending and gigantic freight trains, whose whistle marks the passing of the day.
  • DAY 9 • Up to Oatman, down to the desert

The day takes the tour back to Las Vegas. The road twists and turns to reach the mining ghost town of Oatman, where wild burros are a true attraction. Just time to take a look at the Oatman Hotel, where Clark Gable and Carol Lombard spent their wedding night, and then down into the scorching heat of the Mojave Desert finally heading north to Las Vegas. After we return the rental motorcycles, the afternoon is spent at your leisure to recover from the heat and do some shopping before our farewell dinner and the chance to enjoy the night life of Sin City.

  • DAYS 10 / 11 Participants fly back to Europe and get to their final destination. End of the tour.
